| Musicianship
Jane Ross holds a B.S. degree from Indiana University
of Pennsylvania and a M.M. from The University of Akron and
is retired from Medina City Schools as a Vocal/General Music
teacher. While at Medina she developed innovative curricula
and programs, contributing to a highly regarded district-wide
music program. She has received several professional awards
and has been published several times in TRIAD. She is a member
of several professional associations, has been an organist and
director of choral and handbell choirs in several churches and
currently is Director of Music Ministries at First Christian
Church in Wadsworth. In April 2005 Mrs. Ross, at the invitation
of MENC, will travel to Russia as part of a small delegation
of music educators to explore and share ideas, philosophies
and music education methods with their Russian colleagues. |
