| 1. | To identify and share recent research findings which strengthen course content; | ||
| 2. | To support faculty research by highlighting collegial research opportunities, providing platforms for sharing ideas and results, and creating opportunities for academic-focused discussion, thereby contributing to the intellectual climate of the campus and centers; | ||
| 3. | To investigate the role of research in strengthening team teaching opportunities for faculty; | ||
| 4. | To identify and maintain contact information for funding opportunities pertinent to the COE curriculum; | ||
| 5. | To facilitate student research through recurring credit and non-credit learning experiences; | ||
| 6. | To identify resources, material and human, which enhance the operations of the CEDAR and create discussions leading to the identification of processes necessary to obtain these resources; | ||
| 7. | To highlight creative leveraging opportunities which reinforce the student-centered focus of the COE and AU while enhancing research among faculty and between AU and partner organizations and | ||
| 8. | To serve as a clearinghouse and facilitator of faculty grant development by developing, obtaining, and maintaining templates for grant proposals, grant forms, and granting agency contact information in collaboration with AU Development personnel. | ||
