Dr. Kathleen Neal


Kathleen Neal

After receiving her B.S. degree from Ursuline College in 1968, Kathleen served for ten years as a classroom teacher. During that time she completed her administrative certification at John Carroll University and graduated with a M.Ed. in 1979. She held administrative positions in Bedford Heights and Maple Heights prior to assuming the superintendency in Ledgemont Local Schools. She moved to Strongsville City Schools and then to Springfield City Schools prior to retiring from public education in 1999. Following retirement, Kathleen has served the Ohio Schools Council prior to taking a position with Ashland University.  She presently works out of the Elyria Center.
