Membership
CAB
is a student-led organization that is made up of approximately
36 students. The governing body of CAB, the executive board, is
composed of two co-leaders, six committee co-chairs, the Student
Activities intern and a secretary. General CAB members, along
with the executive board, are divided evenly into three committees.
All CAB events are spilt between the three committees; each committee
being held responsible for the coordination and execution of their
assigned events.

Responsibilities
Some
of the things that CABbies do include planning, shopping and decorating
for events, creating publicity and spreading the word about upcoming
programs, setting up and working at CAB events and brainstorming
for the future.
All
CAB members are required to attend weekly Wednesday night meetings
and a majority of CAB sponsored events. CABbies must also attend
two mandatory over-night retreats; one each semester.

Why
Join? Here are some reasons!
"What
I like most about CAB is being able to take part
in the decisions and planning for the events on campus. It's nice to go to the events, but they mean so much more and
are so much more exciting when you have taken
the time to plan and set up for them. To me, CAB
means that I am privileged to work with a group of very talented
and creative individuals that make our days at
AU fun and exciting!"

"The
great thing about being on CAB is knowing that
you are the foundation for so much activity
that takes place on campus. It's amazing to get the opportunity
to utilize your creativity and resources to establish
such fantastic events for the campus community."
CAB means
having a creative family to go to and share those
ideas with.

"I
love how CAB is a group that you do not have to worry
about not fitting in - everyone is important
and it would not be as much fun if we all had the
same personalities or ways of thinking."
