Each student is required to obtain
a Personal Billing Number (PBN) at the beginning of the semester.
The PBN is an access code that will allow students to place off-campus
calls from anywhere on campus. It is recommended that students do
not share their PBN, as they are responsible for all calls placed
using that number. If the student loses their PBN or suspects misuse
by another student, they must notify the Eagle Card Office Immediately
(ext. 5076). The PBN will be disconnected and another one will be
issued.
All students will have a brochure titled
"Using the Telephone System" in their dorm room. This brochure
will inform the student of the policies and rules of the telephone
system and give them dialing instructions as well as instructions
on setting up their voice mail.
