This handbook is designed to assist you in understanding the process of securing a full-time or internship position. It provides information on the many procedures involved in job search process, including resume and cover letter development, and job search, networking, interviewing, and job fair strategies and procedures.
Job Search Manual for Educators
This job search manual has been developed specifically for education majors. The manual discusses the documents needed when searching for a teaching or administrative position and how to go about developing them. It also details information about portfolios, job search strategies, and interview skills.
Graduate School Handbook
This handbook is designed to aid you in understanding the graduate school process, from selection of schools to application for programs. Additional material about graduate schools, including specific information about programs at many institutions is available in the Career Development Center Resource Room. A listing of campus resources can also be found in this handbook.
Internship Manual
The Internship Manual is designed to assist you in the process of securing an internship position. It provides information on the many procedures involved in an internship search; it includes resume and cover letter development, internship search strategies, networking, interviewing, and job fair strategies and procedures. The Internship Manual also has an Activity Log Form and an Employer Contacts Form to help organize your internship search campaign.
